Quick and Easy Tomato Salad

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 sprig diced spring onion
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion and feta cheese. Drizzle over the lime juice and salt and pepper, and stir well
